What You’ll Do
- Lead demand generation strategy across paid media, email, SEO, and content syndication for client campaigns
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Own reporting and performance analytics, with a focus on attribution, CPL, ROAS, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creative assets, landing pages, and messaging with performance goals
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot
- Set up and monitor campaign tracking, UTM structures, and conversion events
- Conduct regular performance audits, A/B tests, and channel optimization efforts
- Provide thought leadership to clients around best practices in growth and performance marketing
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C demand generation or performance marketing role (agency experience a plus)
- Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and retargeting
- Deep understanding of CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong analytical chops and comfort with marketing dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, RollWorks) a plus
- Strong communication skills—you’ll regularly explain performance insights to both internal teams and clients
- Someone who’s proactive, curious, and not afraid to get their hands dirty
