We worked with the former IIW to rename, rebrand, and relaunch the employee-owned, full-service architecture, engineering, and consulting firm. With a vision to be the most sought-after and most respected firm in their market space, we took a deep dive into their values, competencies, and culture. What we discovered was a group with a storied past that was eager to recast its brand for the future.
